We highly recommend this for hunters because it is great for trimming away silver skin.
For best results, while using this product, we recommend that you chill meat in the fridge before use to about 38-42 degrees. Hold the meat with one hand and trim with the other hand parallel to the cutting surface. With this tool you can take long passes rather than chipping away at the fat. To help remove the silver skin, score the fat to allow you below the layer before trimming.
