Price Match Policy — Terms & Conditions

At Robidoux Inc., we work hard to offer competitive pricing every day. If you find a lower price from an eligible local competitor or directly from the product’s manufacturer, we’re happy to match it—subject to the terms below.

In-Store Only

  • Price matching is available exclusively for purchases made at our physical store location.

  • We do not offer price matching on online orders, online checkout, or online-only transactions.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The price match must be requested at the time of purchase. Adjustments cannot be applied after the sale is completed.

  • The item purchased from Robidoux Inc. must be identical to the competitor’s or manufacturer’s item, including:

    • Brand

    • Model number

    • Color (if applicable)

  • The product must be new and unused.

  • The competing price must be currently valid and verifiable at the time of the request.

Definitions

  • Local Competitor: A brick-and-mortar business operating within Lincoln, Nebraska city limits.

  • Manufacturer: The company that produces the item being price matched.

Acceptable Proof of Price

Customers must provide clear proof of the lower price, which may include:

  • A current website listing

  • Printed advertisements or flyers

  • Printouts or screenshots

  • Photos of in-store price tags from eligible local competitors

Eligible Competitors

Eligible competitors include locally-owned retailers as well as in-store pricing from major retailers operating within Lincoln, NE, such as:

  • Ace Hardware

  • Advance Auto Parts

  • AutoZone Auto Parts

  • Dick’s Sporting Goods

  • Harbor Freight Tools

  • Home Depot

  • Lowe’s

  • Menards

  • Schaefer’s

  • Scheels

  • Target

  • Tractor Supply Co.

  • Walmart

Manufacturer Price Matching

We will match current online pricing offered directly by the product’s manufacturer, provided all other eligibility requirements are met.

Exclusions

We do not price match the following:

  • Services, installation, delivery, or labor charges

  • Prices available only to select customer groups, including:

    • Membership or loyalty programs

    • Paid subscription programs

    • Employee, military, student, or government exchange pricing

  • Products sold by or shipped from third-party marketplace sellers

  • Financing offers or special payment terms

  • Bundle pricing, package deals, or items included in a bundle

  • Free items or “buy one, get one” offers

  • Pricing errors or misprints

  • Mail-in rebates or coupon-based pricing

  • Online-only or online-exclusive offers

  • Limited-quantity promotions

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Clearance, closeout, open-box, refurbished, pre-owned, or used items

  • Credit card promotions

  • Gift card offers or items bundled with gift cards

Additional Conditions

  • The competitor’s item must be available for immediate purchase at the advertised price.

  • Robidoux Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities eligible for price matching.

  • We reserve the right to verify all pricing and decline any price match request at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected abuse, error, or misrepresentation.

Final Notes

Price matching cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers, or the use of reward points unless otherwise stated.
