Robidoux Inc. is proud to offer fast, reliable shipping and affordable prices. We work hard to ship your order quickly—most within one business day—while keeping costs fair and transparent.

Free Standard Shipping

Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping on most items. Orders under $50.00 will have a standard shipping fee added, starting at $9.99, based on the items selected.

Note: Due to the size and weight of some products, additional shipping may apply—see Heavy / Oversized Items.

Heavy / Oversized Items (Pellets, Sauces, Marinades)

Some products are excluded from free shipping due to large size or heavy weight. These include, but are not limited to:

  • BBQ Cooking Pellets
  • BBQ Sauces and Hot Sauces (especially in bulk)
  • Marinades and other liquids in glass or large containers

For these items, a shipping surcharge is automatically calculated at checkout—even when your cart total exceeds $50.00.

Example: If you order a bag of pellets plus smaller accessories totaling $45, the surcharge applies only to the pellet item; the rest qualifies for standard free shipping.

Local pickup is available in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Remote Locations & International Orders

Shipping to other countries or locations that require additional carrier fees—including Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote areas—will have additional shipping charges calculated during checkout.

Our free shipping threshold applies only to continental U.S. addresses unless otherwise noted.

Order Processing

  • Most orders ship within one business day from time of purchase.
  • Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Central Time (Mon–Fri) typically ship the same day.
  • Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday ship on Monday.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you need assistance or didn’t receive tracking, contact us at info@robidouxinc.com.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

When the billing and shipping addresses differ, we may take additional time to verify your order to protect against online fraud. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so we can reach you if needed.

Signature Required

For your protection, orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Many carriers and payment partners require this to help prevent loss and theft.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Robidoux Inc. cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may request a signature requirement on any order by calling 1-402-261-9563.

Custom Gift Boxes

Custom Gift Boxes are made to order. A $4.95 handling fee is added to cover additional packaging and assembly time.

Other Shipping Information

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays are not considered business days for processing or delivery.
  • Delivery estimates can vary; weather, carrier delays, or address issues may impact timing.
  • We strive for accurate estimates, but once a package leaves our facility, timing is controlled by the carrier.

Shipping FAQ

Why did I get charged shipping even though my order is over $50?

Certain heavy or bulky items (such as BBQ pellets, sauces, or marinades) are excluded from our free shipping offer due to size and weight. A shipping surcharge is automatically applied at checkout. Other eligible items in the same order still qualify for free standard shipping.

Can I avoid the shipping charge on pellets?

If you’re near Lincoln, Nebraska, select Local Pickup at checkout to avoid carrier fees. For larger pellet orders, contact us for a custom freight quote—we’ll work to get you the best rate.

Do you offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Not at this time. Due to carrier surcharges and distance, shipping to these regions is calculated at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Most orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Central Time (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day.

How do I track my package?

We’ll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also log into your account to view status updates.
