By participating in "The Big BBQ Co. by Robidoux Inc. Survey Sweepstakes," you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Robidoux Inc., operating as The Big BBQ Co. ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Only one entry per household is permitted.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 21st, 2024, at 8:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on January 15th, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT (the "Sweepstakes Period").
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the survey provided by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one entry per person and per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. Entries received from any person or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Napoleon TravelQ 285 Portable Gas Grill in Blue (TQ285-BL-1). The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $299.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about January 20th, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within ten (10) days of the notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required time period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes and other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Nebraska. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Nebraska, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
13. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
14. Winner’s List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Robidoux Inc., ATTN: The Big BBQ Co. Survey Sweepstakes, 455 W. South St., Lincoln, NE 68522. Requests must be received by February 28th, 2025.
