Messermeister Kawashima 10" Slicer Knife
This knife was crafted by 3rd generation knife artisans in Seki, Japan. This knife was designed to have a narrow spear-point, fine-edge blade that is used for medium to large carving tasks. This knife will easily separate meat from the bone and slice it into thin serving sizes. The handle is a beautiful Walnut Color Pakkawood, and eco-brass bolster.
